Distance Sales Agreement

Agreement between the seller KA Fuar Mimarlık Reklam Ticaret Sanayi Limited Şirketi (Taşdelen Mh. Şehit Kubilay Cd. No:16-26 A Blok D:2, 34788 Çekmeköy / İstanbul) and the buyer named in the order, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Product, quantity, size, VAT-inclusive price and shipping are shown in the order summary; payment is taken via iyzico. Lead times are confirmed with the order. All products are made to order to the buyer's specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply and no returns are accepted (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ç). Damaged or faulty products are repaired free of charge during the warranty period, or replaced if repair is not possible. Statutory consumer rights are reserved. Disputes: consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts.
