Returns & Cancellations

All our products are made to order for each customer, so no product can be returned. Damaged or faulty products are repaired free of charge during the warranty period (2 years unless stated otherwise), or replaced if repair is not possible. Report damage within 3 working days of delivery with photos. Orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Statutory consumer rights are reserved.
