Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

This notice is issued by KA Fuar Mimarlık Reklam Ticaret Sanayi Limited Şirketi ("KA") as data controller under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we process

Identity and contact details, order and quote information, invoicing data (card data is collected directly by iyzico, never by KA), security logs and — only with your consent — analytics (pages visited, time on page, approximate location derived from IP; IP addresses are not stored).

Purposes and legal bases

Answering enquiries, performing orders, delivery and installation, invoicing and legal retention (contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest) and, with your explicit consent, visit statistics.

Sharing

Payment provider (iyzico), carriers, hosting provider, accountant and authorised public bodies, limited to these purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion and information about transfers, and object to automated decisions. Contact: [email protected]. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
